*Any “scrimmages” “games” or “matches” against another opponent is subject to cleanup and maintenance fee for hosting the event.

*Any event with referee or umpire is subject to a spectator entrance/gate fee of $5 per adult, $3 for teens and kids 12 and under are free.

*We require a deposit on long term rentals to reserve dates in the future.

*Any long term reservations cannot be refunded unless we are notified 2 weeks prior to scheduled reservation. Reservations canceled less than 2 weeks in advance but before 48 hours of reservation can transfer to a different date if available. If no dates are available we reserve the right to cancel without refund. Any reservations not canceled before the 48 hour window will not be refunded or transferred.
