Includes emphasis on mental toughness for serving during games and lots of reps!

Middle school (5th-8th) 9am-10am

High School (9th-12th) 10am-11am

*register for the grade the athlete will be in for Fall 2025

Limited space in each group and no waitlists

Register under athlete’s name not parent/guardian name. Please wear comfortable clothing and clean tennis shoes. Little to no jewelry. Have hair pulled back if applicable. Knee pads if you have them. Bring bottled water to drink. We do have water fountains and concession stand on site.
