High School 9th-12th graders 2pm-3pm

Focus: How to attack the ball aggressively, explosive approaches, hitting strategies to increase kills, & more.. plus lots of reps!

Please register under athlete’s name not parent/guardian name.

Athletes should wear comfortable clothing, clean tennis shoes, and have hair pulled back if applicable. Please bring bottled water to drink. We do have concession stand and water fountains on site.
