Explosive approaches and aggressive defense with lots of reps for hitters and defensive specialists!

Middle School (5-8th) 10am-11am

High School (9-12th) 11am-Noon

*register for the grade the athlete will be in for Fall 2025

Register under the athlete’s name not parent/guardian name. Athletes should wear comfortable clothing, clean tennis shoes, and have hair pulled back if applicable. Minimal jewelry. Knee pads if you have them. Bring bottled water to drink. We do have water fountains and concession stand on site.
