Regular: (Wearing a 20lb vest or body armor)
- 1 Mile Run
- 100 Pull-ups
- 200 Pushups
- 300 Squats
- 1 Mile Run
Alternative:
- 1 Mile Walk or Row
- 100 Pull-ups (Band Assisted)
- 200 Pushups (Modified)
- 300 Squats (Body Weight)
- 1 Mile Walk or Row

Please, fill out all required information and accept the terms of our waiver of liability. Be sure to mark your shirt size! Note: registrations must be in by May 16th to ensure shirt arrives by event day. Others will be notified to pickup their shirt at a later date.
