The Murph Challenge ’25

The Challenge:

Regular: (Wearing a 20lb vest or body armor)

  1. 1 Mile Run
  2. 100 Pull-ups
  3. 200 Pushups
  4. 300 Squats
  5. 1 Mile Run

Alternative:

  1. 1 Mile Walk or Row
  2. 100 Pull-ups (Band Assisted)
  3. 200 Pushups (Modified)
  4. 300 Squats (Body Weight)
  5. 1 Mile Walk or Row

(At your own pace! All are welcomed!)

 

Registration:

Please, fill out all required information and accept the terms of our waiver of liability. Be sure to mark your shirt size! Note: registrations must be in by May 16th to ensure shirt arrives by event day. Others will be notified to pickup their shirt at a later date.
