Come visit us on July 24th for Akron Children’s Summer Wellness Day! The event will take place from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Athletix. Visit includes :
-Student’s Yearly Check-Up
– Sports/Employment Physicals
-Immunizations
-or Discussing any Health Care Concerns
Walk-In Availability is Limited
Please bring sports/employment forms and signed consent forms with you.
Services are billed through medical insurance.
