Athletic Development
Speed and Strength based fitness classes by Athletix Trainer Mitch Hart. These classes will be programmed to develop and enhance the physical skills and performance of young athletes including endurance, speed and agility, strength, and power.

Cheer Class
This class is designed to help athletes work on their cheer motions, voice projections, jumps, running and standing tumbling. We will also incorporate flexibility, strength, and conditioning exercises to perfect their abilities and performance.
- Ages: 3rd grade – 7th grade
- Class Time: Thursdays 11AM
- Ages: 8th, HS and College
- Class Time: Thursdays 12PM

Beginner/Intermediate Tumbling
This class will focus on learning and perfecting basic tumbling skills as well as helping them progress to the next level. We will incorporate handstands, cartwheels, roundoffs, front & back walkovers, and more. (Can begin at 2nd grade)

Advanced Tumbling
This class will focus on perfecting and sharpening the athletes’ existing tumbling skills as well as helping them progress to their next skill level. We will incorporate front & back handsprings, back tucks, arriels, layouts, and more. Requirements are back walkover/backbend kickover, front walkover/handstand bridge, and handspring experience. (Can begin at 2nd grade)

SEMI-PRIVATE VOLLEYBALL LESSONS with Rachell Storm Baker
Enhance the skills of your athlete during these sessions of high-level instruction from Rachell Storm Baker. Rachell is a former collegiate athlete and coach and runs larger skills camps on a regular basis. She has a passion for developing young athletes.

Adult Lifting Class
